INGREDIENTS
1 kg pork belly, cut into 1 inch sizes
2 medium size potatoes, cut into large sizes
1 tbsp of cooking oil
3 small bay leaves
1 large onion, chopped
2 tbsp of ginger&garlic paste
1 tsp of ground red chilli
3/4 tsp of ground turmeric
1 tsp of freshly crushed black pepper
2 tbsp of roasted cumin and coriander seeds, roughly crushed
1 large umorok / ghost chilli pepper
salt to taste
some chopped coriander leaves kroepoek. Mmmmm!
